   no there no change on 1.3.1 hardware requirement, it just the new version using brand new server process and it really lag on both bukkit and official, hope 1.3.2 fix t his

   oh ok.i was just asking cuz i seen it said in another post and the server ISSS alot more laggy now.i was just puttin 2 and 2 together so to speak
