   Yes, most kit plugins will let you make the kits, but it will require you to use item IDs, I believe.

   Yes But I mean a kit like lets say you get gravel and a pressure plate and you put the gravel down and the plate on top and when you step on it it blows up

   What? That's not a kit. A kit is a predefined set of items. Having gravel act like TNT is not a kit.
