Minecraft Hunger games plugin

Hey I was wondering if some one could make me a plugin like this server a2.mc-hg.com for hungergames If you can do this that would be nice I dont know what they have but they have lots of stuff this is what i would like in the plugin
The game will have a 5 min count down so that way every body who wants to play gets a chance to join
When the game starts every body is teleportedd to spawn and the game begeins
When people die lighting goes on and then a messgae broadcast Was killed by Player Whit the Item the players use and then it would say Number of players left
also when the 5 mins starts and is over u get 2 mins of inviciblety so no one can hurt and you dont take any damage and then it broadcast Invicneablity is now Turn off and the games starts and when the game is like 10-15 mins down the ethuiopa will broadcast the cords and when it will start and the it will genertate a rand circle Netherrack and then random chest will spawn on it 2 also the broadcast for example
Ethuipa will begin in 5 mins Cords x,,, y,,,, z,,,, then it will keep doing that till it reaches 0 seconds
and when the last person is own the messag efor te server like it would say Join server it would say Playerwon this round for more info contact me on skype Darkcry1200

Even if I could, I wouldn't... There are so many hunger game plugins out there it's not even funny. In fact, it's earned a section in the [READ ME FIRST], which I'd recommend you read.

There are over 15 different hunger games plugins out there, and only one version of the book.

Well your wrong, I am currently making a HungerGames plugin and I could probably make what you are looking for but I would need more details for the plugin.
