That is completely fine... I run my servers off of a dedicated server with both 128GB SSD's and it never exceeds 30GB, but clearly the World and DynMap are the biggest uses. I wouldn't recommend hosting a website off of your same server though, it would be bad for downtime as people wouldn't be able to access your website when your server is down.
If you need a good server send me a message with your budget and I can help, if you want. Most people don't like telling their hosts publicly due to the cost and such.

A TeamSpeak host would be better because... 1.) You don't have to manage it yourself 2.) All TS providers give you a control panel 3.) Having a VPS would be un-reliable, hence, you're "virtual server" is running alongside many others.
