Automatically search for update

    Hello, does anyone know how I can let my plugin search if there is an update available, and if there is, send a message to the console?

    An update for what? For you plugin? The simplest (I think) would be to set up an RSS feed, and post a new message there every time you release an update. Then you would have to look into java's ways of reading RSS feeds, and you would probably find a way to do just that. But unless you really need it, that's probably overkill.

    I managed to do this already, I'm using a .html -file on my public dropbox folder, where my plugins can check if it's the latest version.
