YamlConfiguration edit removes comments

I have a settings file in my res folder (in-project) and I have some comments in it.
However, if I want to edit some values from within the code, it removes all comments.
How can edit the file without losing comments?

bergerkiller @adamsk11 several others and myself have written some libraries for commented config files, you can pick if you like

well sync is the project from AdamsK11 or however he write's himself iirc... bkwhatever is the library from bergerkiller.. but I saw you found mine

Edit: Forgot that feildmaster also has a custom configuration class iirc
